Poker is a very ancient game that has evolved over a number of years. It got its name Poker in 1830. Since then, poker has developed in many types and variations and now it has become a world-famous game. it is the most loved and most famous online game in India. 1. The Poker Laws 




Before you actually start playing poker, you need to go through all the laws, ethics, and rules of poker. 2. Pre-flop  

 

Pre-flop is the first betting round. Each player is dealt a card until every player gets four cards after the blinds are put. The first round goes in a clockwise manner beginning with the player left to the dealer. This first round is called 'preflop'. A player can call, raise, etc in the round. The preflop round gets over when everyone had their chance to play. 

 

3. The Flop Round 

 

Flop is the next betting round after Preflop. There are five community cards in this round. The dealer discards the top card and then he deals three cards which are faced up.   When the dealing of the flop round is done, the players can check, call, or raise. 

 

4. The Turn Round 

 

The Flop round is followed by the Turn round. The dealer discards the top card and it is faced down and the next card will be dealt face up. In this round, the cards are somewhat turned. Hence, the name, turn round. There is not much of a challenging part in this game. 

 

5. The Final Betting Round 

 

The last community card is dealt with when all the bets are matched. This round is termed as River. The dealer discards the last face-down card in this round. 

 
6. Showdown 

 

The winner is decided at the showdown round which is the last round. In this round, the player with the highest-ranked hand is declared as the winner. The pot is shipped to the winner after the declaration. After this round, the dealer shifts the button to left. From here the new hand begins
